How we invest.
HealthView, founded in 1967, was our first use case. We buy clean, small home health, hospice and palliative care agencies we know how to fix, fold them into it, raise the quality, and never sell.

HealthView · founded 1967 · our first use case
Fix them.
Never sell.
We buy clean, small home health, hospice and palliative care agencies we know how to fix, fold them into HealthView, and raise the quality.
01What we believe
We buy to keep.
What we believe
We never sell.
Not HealthView and not the agencies we fold into it. Every decision gets made on a 30-year clock, which lets us do things an owner selling in three to five years can’t.
Culture is what we buy and what we protect.
When agencies close, clinicians choose where they go next. We want to be the obvious answer.
Freed time goes to patients and pay.
When technology gives a nurse back an hour, it becomes a visit, a family call or a raise.
One platform for everything we operate.
Every agency runs on the same operating system and the same tools, and we build the parts that make us faster ourselves.
The work runs local and the capital runs central.
Nurse leaders own patients, families and referral relationships in their market. The center owns capital, compliance, the platform and the quality bar.
Quality is the standard and size follows.
We want to grow because nurses and families picked us, not because we bought the most licenses.
Seven things we never do.
We publish how we invest, what we predict and what we learn, so you can check us.
- We never sell, and we never take money that needs an exit.
- We never invest outside post-acute care.
- We never buy a license we couldn’t defend in an audit tomorrow.
- We never pay anyone per admission.
- We never let a volume target make an eligibility call. Clinicians decide.
- We never cut bedside clinicians to make a deal work.
- We never keep growing when quality slips.
02How we make them better
One platform for everything we operate.
Every layer gets proven at HealthView first, with our own clinicians, before an agency we buy gets it.
Every agency gets the same layers.
